Questions you're about to ask
What's the revenue split?
Two things don't vary: you pay nothing, ever, and you earn a percentage of every game played. The percentage itself depends on your traffic and how many machines you host — we'll put a specific number in front of you on the first call, and it doesn't change after we shake on it.
How much space does a machine need?
About three feet by six feet, plus room to stand and play. Most rooms have that along a wall without giving up a table.
What does it need to run?
A standard grounded wall outlet. A machine draws roughly what a desktop computer does.
Who fixes it when it breaks?
We do. You call or text, and we come out. Your staff never needs to open a machine or explain a fault — the only thing we ask is that someone lets us know.
Am I locked into a contract?
No long-term lock-in. If the machines aren't working out for your room, we'll pull them.
What if it doesn't earn?
Then it's the wrong machine for your crowd, and that's on us to fix. We'll swap the title or move it to a better spot before we ask you to live with it.
Who's liable if someone damages a machine?
We carry insurance on our equipment. Ordinary wear and the occasional rough night are our cost of doing business, not yours.
